Fig. 4 is a cross sectional view taken on line 4-4 of Fig. 1.
The essential features of my design reside in the portions shown in solid lines on the drawing.
This is a division of my application Serial No. D. 32,271 filed on September 14, 1954 and now Patent No. D. 178,- 632 granted September 4, 1956.
I claim: The ornamental design for a writing instrument or the like, substantially as shown and described.
