Term of patent 7 years (Cl. D34-15) I claim: The ornamental design for a pop-up toy, as shown and described.

Figure 1 is a perspective view of a pop-up toy showing my new design; the toy being shown in open position;

Figure 2 is a perspective view, generally like that of Fig. l, but showing the toy inclosed position;

Figure 3 is a top plan view showing the toy in closed position; and

Figure 4 is a side elevational view showing the toy in open position.
