Term of patent 14 years (Cl. D74-17) Fig. 1 is a front elevational view of a ball point pen embodying my new design;

Fig. 2 is a side elevational view thereof;

Fig. 3 is a rear elevational view;

Fig. 4 is a horizontal sectional view taken along line 4-4 of Fig. l the details of the interior construction of the pen having been omitted;

Fig. 5 is a horizontal sectional view taken along line 5-5 of Fig. 1; and

Fig. 6 is a horizontal sectional view taken along line 66 of Fig. 1.

The essential features of my design reside in the portions shown in solid lines on the drawing.
