An essential characteristic of the chair design being the design of the chair seat and back including the flat seat having a down-turned front edge and down-turned side edge bead and the substantially flat back having the rearwardly turned side edges and top edge together with the opening in the back having a rearwardly extending lip and the contoured portion joining the seat and back, all asshown in the drawings.
