The design is characterized by the moire-type appear ance depicted in Fig. l, which is created by the angular relationship between the flutings on the outer wall, which are translucent, and the dark stripes or lines on a sheet or liner placed inside the outer wall, this appearance changing with the angle of view of the observer.
