Figure 2 is a view similar to Figure 1 showing the bottle with its cap removed.

Figure 3 is an end elevational view taken from the left side of Figure 1.

Figure 4 is an end elevational view taken from the right side of Figure 1.

Figure 5 is a top plan view of Figure 1 on an enlarged scale; and

Figure 6 is a cross-sectional view on the same scale as Figure 5, taken on the line 66 of Figure 3.

The side not shown is the same as the side shown.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a combined flexible bottle and cap, as shown and described.
