United States Patent 0 Des. 198,741 Patented July 28, 1964 CORRUGATED LOAF 0F BREAD William R. Kauthnan, In, York, Pa., assignor to J. S. Hershey Baking Company, York, Pa., a corporation of Pennsylvania Filed Oct. 14, 1963, Ser. No. 76,955
Term of patent 14 years (CL D81) FIG. 1 is a side elevation of a corrugated loaf of bread, showing my new design.
FIG. 2 is an end elevation thereof.
FIG. 3 is a fragmentary corner view thereof taken in the direction of line 33 of FIG. 1 showing more clearly the corrugations.
The essential features of my design reside in a cylindrical loaf of bread provided on its entire cylindrical surface with alternate helical ridges and grooves adjacent to each other and extending from end to end of said loaf at a substantial angle to the axial center line thereof, together with a projecting, rounded ridge extending around the loaf diametrically across its ends, thus dividing the loaf into substantially equal semi-cylindrical halves, allas shown.
I claim: The ornamental design for a corrugated loaf of bread, substantially as shown and described.
