PAGE 5 FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the front, top and one side of a portable stand for projectors or the like embodying my new design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof, the rear elevational view being the same in appearance with the exception of the rectangular name plate assembly which is provided only on the front of the pocntable stand;

FIG. 3 is a side elevational view of the handle carrying side thereof, the opposite side elevational view being the same with the exception of the handle which is provided only on the side shown;

FIG. 4 [is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a front elevational view thereof corresponding to FIG. 2 and showing the stand with its legs and flaps fully folded; and

FIG. 6 is a side elevational view thereof corresponding to FIG. 3 and showing the stand with its legs and flaps fully folded.

I claim: The ornamental design for a portable stand for pro ectoms or the like, substantially as shown.
