FIG. 5 is a fragmentary enlarged section taken on line 5-5 of FIG. 1.
The dominant features of my design reside in the portions shown in full lines, which portions are characterized by the raised, enlarged portion from which extends the securing clip in combination with the cover above the enlarged circumferential band and the vertical grooves circumscribing said cover.
