Term of patent 14 years (Cl. D5817) FIGURE 1 is a perspective view of a utility pail showing my new design;

FIGURE 2 is a top plan view thereof;

FIGURE 3 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIGURE 4 is a side elevation thereof; and

FIGURE 5 is an enlarged, fragmentary sectional view thereof taken on the line 5-5 of FIGURE 2.

The characteristic features of my design reside in the combination, in a utility pail of the type disclosed, of a generally flattened top flange merging into a shallow, generally square pouring spout and a bottom interrupted by a hand gripping recess opposite the spout side, all as shown.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a utility pail, as shown and described.
