FIG. 1 is 'a perspective view, taken from the front and slightly to one side, of a towel dispensing cabinet embodying my new design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevation thereof;

FIG. 3 is a side elevational view taken from the right of FIG. 2;

FIG. 4 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a fragmentary cross-sectional view of the lower portion of the towel dispensing cabinet taken substantially along the line 66 in FIG. 5; and

FIG. 7 is a similar view taken substantially along the line 7-7 in FIG. 5.

FIGS. 2 and 3 are on a scale approximately one-fourth larger than the scale employed in FIG. 1, and FIGS. 4 to 7 are on a scale approximately one-fourth larger than that employed in FIGS. 2 and 3. The side of the towel dispensing cabinet not shown is a mirror image of the side shown in FIG. 3, and the rear is plain and unornamerited.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a towel dispensing cabinet, substantially as shown and described.
