Term of patent 14 years (Cl. D34-15) FIGURE 1 is a front elevational view of the toy cap gun device in open position with the handle swung out vertically to form the grip and the barrel swung out horizontally to represent a gun;

FIGURE 2 is an end elevational view, taken from the right, of the device shown in FIGURE 1;

FIGURE 3 is a rear elevational view of the device shown in FIGURE 1;

FIGURE 4 is an end elevational view taken from the right as seen in FIGURE 3;

FIGURE 5 is a top plan view of the structure shown in FIGURE 3;

FIGURE 6 is a front elevational view of the toy cap gun device in closed position wherein it is disguised as a pocket knife by having the bar-rel representation folded in and the extending grip turned back into the handle, having its blade closed;

FIGURE 7 is a rear elevational view of the device in FIGURE 6;

FIGURE 8 is a rear elevational view similar to FIG- URE 7 showing the disguised pocket knife with its blade in an open position;
