Term of patent 14 years (Cl. D58--8) FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a flask, showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view;

FIG. 3 is a rear elevational view;

FIG. 4 is an end elevational view looking from the right of FIG. 1; and

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof.

The stippling represents a screw cap having a metallic appearance and a matching permanently attached overcap having a metallic appearance.

The characteristic feature of my design resides in the combination on the flask disclosed of the integral overcap having a metallic appearance and substantially flat. downwardly sloping shoulders which are rounded at their edges at the junction with the conforming skirt, said overcap covering substantially the upper third of the transparent container body and terminating shortly above the side ribs thereof, all as shown.
