DESIGN FOR A SIGN.
SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 20,839, dated June 16, 1891.
Application filed November 29, 1890. Serial No.3'73,072. Term of patent 7 years.
To all whom it may concern.-
Be it known that I, ZERO MARX, a citizen of the United States, residing at Chicago, in the county of Cook and State of Illinois, have invented and produced a new and original Design for an Advertising-Sign, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof and illustrating my design in elevation.
The leading features of my design consist in an advertising-sign having upon its face a representation of a horizontally-disposed barrel, presenting one end to view and surmounted by a beer glass or mug resting in upright position upon the barrel, with an arabesque pattern of fanciful configuration disposed upon each sidethereof and in the background.
