FIG. 4 is a side elevational view, partly in cross section and partially broken away, of the combined telephone handset and desk stand shown in FIG. 1.
The dominant features of my new design reside in the portions shown in full lines on the drawing.
The ornamental design for a combined telephone handset and desk stand, substantially as shown and described.
