FIG. 2 is a side elevational view thereof;
FIG. 3 is a rear elevational view thereof; and
FIG. 4 is a front elevational view thereof.
The appearance of the cutting plier of the design is substantially the same in top and bottom plan views thereof, and when viewed from opposite sides thereof.
The characteristic features of my design reside in the strap-like handle and jaw portions, in which bothportions are stepped for mutual clearance and connection and in which the jaw portions are tilted upwardly at their tips, substantially as shown.
The ornamental design for a cutting plier, substantially as shown and described.
