To all whom it may concern.-
Be it known that I, OSCAR MUssLNAN, 31:, a citizen of the United States, residing in the city and State of New York, have invented a 5 new Design for a Pen-Holder, of which the fellowing is a full, clear, and exact descripticn.
The leading feature of this design for a penholder consists in spirally-fluted ornaments :0 extending along the handle, with a tapering plain portion at the upper end of the handle and with a plain cylin drieal portion at the pen end of the holder, the spiral fiutings tapering down to and vanishing in the tapering plain I 5 portion.
