FIGURE 2 is a side elevational view of the holder;

FIGURE 3 is a rear elevational view of the holder;

FIGURE 4 is a longitudinal cross-sectional view of the holder;

FIGURE 5 is a front perspective view of the holder; and

FIGURE 6 is a rear perspective view thereof.

.The essential features of my design reside in the portions ShOWn in solid lines; conventional mounting slots being shown in broken lines in FIGS. 3 and 6.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a holder for a paper pad, substantially as shown and described.
