FIGURE 4 is a bottom plan view thereof; and

FIGURE 5 is a partial and enlarged cross-sectional view taken along line 5--5 of F IG. 3.

This is a continuation-in-part of design application Ser. No. D.4,469 of Oct. 31, 1966, which is a continuation of design application Ser. No. D.83,957 of Feb. 24, 1965, both of which are now abandoned.

We claim:

The ornamental design for a tote waste receptacle or similar article, as shown and described.
