FIGURE 2 is a side view as seen from the right side of the device, the left side being substantially a mirror image thereof;

FIGURE 3 is a fragmentary cross-sectional view taken generally along line 3-3 of FIGURE 1; and

FIGURE 4 is a top view of the device.

The back and bottom of the device are essentially plain.

The dominant features of the design reside in the portions shown in full lines.
