FIG. 4 is a side elevational view thereof on a greatly enlarged scale; the opposite side is a mirror image of the side shown.
The broken line showing of a human figure in an underwater garment is merely for illustrative purposes.
The cord is broken away in FIGS. 1, 2 and 4 to indicate indeterminate length.
I claim: The ornamental design for a portable underwater personnel light, substantially as shown and described.
