The undisclosed bottom portions of the handset are conventional.

The characteristic features of my design reside in the specific configuration of the handle and shoulder member as best illustrated in FIGS. 3, 9, 12 and 15.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a combined telephone handset with handle and shoulder rest therefor, substantially as shown and described.
