FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a an elevational view of one side thereof;

FIG. 4 is an elevational view of the opposite side thereof; and

FIG. 5 is a perspective view of an upper portion thereof, looking into the pencil compartment and toward the chamber for collecting shavings from the pencil sharpener.

The ornamental design for a combined pencil well and sharpener, substantially as shown and described.
