FIG. 3 is a front elevation thereof as it appears with the cap removed therefrom;

FIG. 4 is an enlarged top plan view of FIG. 1;

FIG. 5 is a horizontal cross section on lines 55 of FIG. 2;

FIG. 6 is a horizontal cross section on lines 6-6 of FIG. 3.

The ornamental design for a mechanical pencil, as shown and described.
