FIG. 4 is a combined top view of the chair and hair dryer of FIG. 1.
The design is characterized by the combination of the circular armrest member and the bifurcated top in association with the hair dryer unit, all as best illustrated in FIGS. 1 and 3.
I claim: The ornamental design for a combined chair and hair dryer, substantially as shown.
