DESIGN.

H 0 HALL BICYCLE 011.311.

No. 22,357. Patented Apr. 18, 1893.

9 94 wow UNITED STATES PATENT OFFICE.

HENRY O. HALL, OF WASHINGTON, DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA.

DESIGN FOR A BICYCLE-OILER.

To all whom. it may concern.-

Be it known that I, HENRY O. HALL, a citizen of the United States, residing at Washington, in the District of Columbia, have invented and produced a new and original Design for Bicycle-Oilers; and I do hereby declare the following to be a full, clear, and exact description of the invention, such as will enable others skilled in the art to which it appertains to make and use the same.

My design relates to an oiling device for use with bicycles or for other purposes, the object being to make such an article in a novel and peculiar shape so that it may easily be car ried about in the pocket, and it consists in the new design for an oiling device, substantially as herein shown, described and claimed.

In the accompanying drawings: Figure 1 is a perspective view of mynewly-designed oiling device. Fig. 2 is a cross section of the same.

Similar letters of reference designate corresponding parts in both figures.

My newly-designed oiling device appears as a flat elongated shape A, of considerable length and width, and slightly curved transversely so as to be a trifle convex on each side, one end of shape A terminating in a contracted neck, beyond which is a pointed extension 0, while the other end is rounded at a. The whole of the elongated shape A is surrounded by an encircling rim B which is flat and level and situated in the plane which passes midway between the two convex elongated sides. Said rim passes neatly around the rounded end a, but meets the neck a and merges thereinto on both sides.

What I claim is The design for an oiler, substantially as herein shown and described.

In testimony whereof I affix my signature in presence of two witnesses.

HENRY O. HALL.
