The gas tank and clamp are shown in broken lines in FIGS. 4 and 6 for illustrative purposes only.
The mesh on the exhaust vent is partially shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 for convenience of illustration, it being understood that the mesh is continuous on the vent.
I claim: An ornamental design for a portable water heater, as shown and described.
