SPECIFICATION forming part of Design N0. 22,751, dated August 29 1893.
Application filed July 6, 1893. Serial No. 479,755- Term of patent 7 years.
To all whom it may concern.-
Be it known that I, JAMES A. LANNING, a citizen of the United States, residing at Camden, in the county of Camden and State of New Jersey, have invented and produced a new and original Design for Canning and Preserving Jars, of which the following is a specification.
The invention consists in a j ar composed of a. truncated-cone body, provided at its apex end with an enlarged neck.
On reference to the accompanying sheet of drawings making a part of this specification: Figure l is a vertical surface-view. Fig. 2 is a. vertical and diametrical section, and Fig. 3 is a. plan view.
Similar letters refer to similar parts in the several views.
A isacanning and preserving-jar composed of a truncated-cone body B, tapering from its bottom or base 0 to its apex end D, and an enlarged neck E.
