The undisclosed side of the embodiments shown in FIGS. 1, 4 and 5 is substantially a mirror image of the side shown in the respective views, except for the omission of the circular opening for the vehicle exhaust. The front and top of the embodiments shown in FIGS. 4 and 5 are the same as the front and top shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 respectively.
