DESIGN FOR A BUNDLE-CARRIER.
SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 24,291, dated May 7, 1895.
Application filed March 29, 1895. Serial No. 543,755. Term of patent 14 years.
To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that I, THOMAS F. SoMnRs, a citizen of the United States, residing in the city, county, and State of New York, have invented and produced a new and original Design for a Bundle Handle or Carrier, of which the following is a specification.
My invention comprises a new design for a bundle-handle or carrier, the essential features of which consist of a stern or body portion having laterally projecting curved portions.
In the accompanying drawing an embodiment of my new design is represented in perspective.
The body portion A, comprises a loop havingsubstantially parallel sides, joined at their lower ends, with an opening between the side portions of the loop, While the upper end of the body portion is extended in laterally curved loops B. At or near the point where the body portion is extended to form the loops, one-of the loops on each side is bent inward to form a curved projection C, the curved projections on the opposite sides of the loop overlapping, as shown.
The essential feature of my design comprises the looped body portion, having laterally extended curved portions.
\Vhat I claim is- The design for a bundle carrier, substantially as shown and described.
