GEORGIANA SYMMS, OF LE MARS, IO\VA.

DESIGN FOR A CARD-HOLDER.

To all whom may concern.-

Be it known that I, GEORGIANA SYMMS, a citizen of the United States, residing at Le Mars, in the county of Plymouth and State of Iowa, have invented and produced a. new and original Design for (lard-Holders; and I do hereby declare the following to be a. full, clear, and exact description of the some, reference being bad to the accompanying drawings, forming a. part thereof.

In the drawings, Figure 1 is a. front elevation of my design, and Fig. 2 is a side elevation thereof.

Like characters of reference indicate the same parts in both views.

My design consists of back A and front B, representing a continuous piece of metal or other suitable substance having its widest part nearthe center, tapering toward the ends,

the portion intended for the front tapering less than the portion intended for the back. ihe front 8 is returned upon the back A forming a loop as shown in Fig. 2. The tops of the front and back are scalloped being surmounted by the lobes c, d, e and f, g, h, the lobes c, e and f h extending beyond the sides of the front and back respectively, and the cen' trai iobes d and g projecting above the side lobes, as set forth. \Vhat I claim is- The design for a card holder herein shown and described.
