W. H. WARE, OF PHILADELPHIA, PENNSYLVANIA.
Design No. 2,522, dated December 4, 1866.
TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Be it known that I, W. H. WARE, of Philadelphia, county of Philadelphia, State of Pennsylvania, have invented or produced a new and original Design for a Bottle; and I do hereby declare the accompanying drawing, with the following explanation of the same, to form a full, clear, and exact description of the said design.
Figure 1 is a side view, and Figure 2 an edge view of the bottle, which is made in the form of a fish, the body of the bottle having indentations and projections representing the scales, fins, &c., of the fish, and the head and mouth of the latter taking the place of the neck and mouth of an ordinary bottle.
A tablet, a, of an oval shape is formed on the belly, for the reception of a label of a. corresponding shape, and the tail of the fish is expanded to the form represented in the drawing, so as to form the base of the bottle.
I claim The design for a bottle, substantially as represented in and by the accompanying drawing.
In testimony whereof I have signed my name to this specification in the presence of two subscribing witnesses.
