FIG. 1 is a top plan view of the water treatment plant or the like showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is an elevational view taken from one side thereof;

FIG. 3 is a bottom view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a left end view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a right end view thereof; and

FIG. 6 is another right end view thereof showing the equipment room door in an open position; and

FIG. 7 is an elevational view taken from the side opposite that shown in FIG. 2.
