SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 27,141, dated June 1, 1897. Application filed September 16, 1896. Serial Nor 606,058. Term of patent 14 years.

Be it known that LGEonuE A. nossnas, of Swampseott, in the county of Essex and State of Massachusetts, have invented a certain new and original Design for Scraping-'lools, of which the following is a specification.
This invention relates to a new and original design for a scraping-tool: and it consists in the novel features of shape and configuration hereinafter fully described and claimed, and clearly illustrated in the drawings.
Figure l is a plan YICW of a tool for scraping or reim'wing mud and dirt from vehiclewheels embodying my design. Fig. 2 is a perspective view of the same.
