  1. The ornamental design for a combined water bottle cage, mounting bracket and clamping straps for handlebar mounting, as shown and described.
Description

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a combined water bottle cage, mounting bracket and clamping straps for handlebar mounting in accordance with my design;

FIG. 2 is a perspective view thereof in exploded condition, adapted for mounting to a handlebar of a bicycle which is shown in broken lines for illustrative purposes only;

FIG. 3 is an enlarged front elevation view of the water bottle cage of the design shown independently for clarity of illustration;

FIG. 4 is a side elevation view of FIG. 3;

FIG. 5 is a rear elevation view of FIG. 3;

FIG. 6 is a top plan view of FIG. 3;

FIG. 7 is a bottom plan view of FIG. 3;

FIG. 8 is an enlarged front elevation view of the mounting bracket of the design shown independently for clarity of illustration;

FIG. 9 is a side elevation view of FIG. 8;

FIG. 10 is a rear elevation view of FIG. 8;

FIG. 11 is a top plan view of FIG. 8;

FIG. 12 is a bottom plan view of FIG. 8;

FIG. 13 is an enlarged top plan view of one of the clamping straps of the design in fully open condition shown independently for clarity of illustration;
