HENRY D. PERKY, OF YVORCESTER, MASSACHUSETTS.

DESIGN FOR A WAFER.

SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 28,785, dated June 7, 1898. Application filed March 2, 1898. Serial No. 672,335. Term of patent 14 years.

To all whom it may concern;

Beitknown thatI, HENRY D. PERKY, a cit-izen of the United States, and a resident of Worcester, in the county of W'orcester and State of Massachusetts, have invented a certain new and original Design for WVafers; and I do declare the following to be a full, clear, andexact description of the invention, such as will enable others skilled in the art to which it appertains to make and use the same, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, which form a part of this specification.

Figure 1 of the drawings is a representation of the invention and is a perspective view of a wafer embodying the design, and Fig. 2 is an edge view of the same.

The design of the wafer for which I desire protection may be described as follows: It consists of flattened base and upper portions,

such base and upper portions having the form of layers with parallel sides, which aresomewhat separated in their middle portions from each other, but approach and join each other at their ends, so that they have an endwise folded appearance. Superficially the base and upper portions of the wafer are striated, the unitary article being rectangular in general outline, as shown.

What I claim is- The design for a wafer substantially as herein shown and described.
