SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 30,087, dated January 31, 1899. Application filed January 3, 1899. Serial No. 701,048. Term of patent 7 years.

To all whom it nmy concern:

Be it known that 1, WILLIAM II. KREM'ER, of Canton, in the county of Fulton and State of Illinois, have invented a certain new Design for Butter-Jars, of which the following is a specification.

In the drawings forming part of this specification, Figure 1 is a perspective representation of a jar made in accordance with my design. Fig. 2 is a central vertical section through the jar, and Fig. 3 is a plan thereof.

The material features of the design reside in the configuration of the jar, together with the annular rib encircling the jar, near the upper end thereof.

The jar 1 is circular in cross-section, and it flares slightly and uniformly from its bottom to its top. The bottom 3 of the jarjoins to the side in curved lines, giving the outer edge of the bottom a rounded-off appear- \V. II. KREMER.
