FIG. 6 is an enlarged fragmentary sectional view taken along line 6--6 in FIG. 2,

FIG. 7 is an enlarged fragmentary sectional view taken along line 7--7 in FIG. 2,

FIG. 9 is a front elevational view of a third embodiment,

FIG. 10 is a front elevational view of a fourth embodiment,
