DESIGN FOR A TRADE-MARK.

TO ALL WHOM I'I MAY CONCERN:
Be it known that I, GEORGE S. MCKENZIE, of Cleveland, in the county of Cuyahoga, and State of' Ohio, have originated and designed a new Design for a Trade-Hark, of which the following is a full, clear, and exact description, reference being had to the accompanying drawings making part of this specification.
This design consists of a centre-piece, A, representing the hack of a shirt, sui-mounted by a head, and having a diagram for measurement, with reference-letters for the same. Above tnis diagram in a curved line are placed the words Forest City, in a suitably-displayed letter, and below the same design A is placed the word Shirt, in a curved line also, and opposite to the said upper line.
The said words Forest City and ShirtY may bo engraved so as to he printed in one or more colors, and the centre-piece in another color, if desired, but the main object being the adoption of the naine Forest City Shirt, together with the design A, aforesaid, as a trade-mark.
What I claim as my invention, and desire to secure by Letters Patent, is-
