  1. The ornamental design for a surgical instrument for endarterectomies, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a top plan view of a surgical instrument for endarterectomies showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is an enlarged cross-sectional view taken along line 3--3 of FIG. 2; and

FIG. 4 is an enlarged end elevational view thereof.

The ornamental design for a surgical instrument for endarterectomies is characterized by a loop having two substantially parallel juxtaposed elongate limbs.
