  1. The ornamental design for a motorcycle helmet with light, as shown and described.
Description

FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of a motorcycle helmet with light showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a left side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a right side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a rear elevational view of a second embodiment thereof, FIG. 1 being a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 8 is a left side elevational view thereof, the right side being a mirror image;

FIG. 9 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 10 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 11 is a rear elevational view of a third embodiment thereof, FIG. 1 being a front elevational view, FIG. 2 being a top plan view and FIG. 6 being a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 12 is a rear elevational view of a fourth embodiment thereof, FIG. 1 being a front view, FIG. 2 being a top plan view and FIG. 6 being a bottom plan view thereof;
