TO ALL WHOM IT MAY OONOERN:
Be it known that I, THOMAS DOLAN, of the city and county of Philadelphie, State oi' Pennsylvania, have invented or produced a. new and original Design for the Lower Portion of a Gored Skirt; and I do hereby description of the said design.
The ligure in the drawing represents part of a gored skirt, A being a portion of the body, and B a portion of the border.
The body is of woven fabric, substantially of the style shown, and the border is composed of a series of parallel zigzag ribs, arranged in a. manner too clearly shown in the drawing to need description.
Irrespeetive of the colors employed, I claim- The design for the lower portion of c gored skirt, substantially as described, und represented in and by the accompanying drawing.
