  1. The ornamental design for a car seat protective cover, as shown and described.
Description

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a car seat protective cover showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a rear elevational view thereof; and

FIG. 6 is a right side elevational view thereof, the left side being a mirror image of that shown;

The seat cover is shown flattened in FIGS. 2-6 for clarity of illustration;

The cross-hatch shading is intended to suggest a conventional fabric texture and is understood to repeat uniformly across the surfaces indicated.
