Application filed February 14,1900- Borlal No. 5.226. Term of patent 7 years.

To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, EDGAR A. GAY, a citizen of the United States, residing in the city of Rochester, county of Monroe, and State of New York, have invented and produced a new and original Design for Stock-Beading for Trimming Furniture, 1350., of which the following is a specification, reference being bad to the accompanying figures of the drawings, Forming a part thereof, of which Figure 1 is a plan view, Fig. 2 a side elevation, and Fig. 3 a perspective View, of the beading.

The leading feature of my design consists of the shape and configuration of the heading, which embodies a series of approximately hemispherical or dome shaped heads A, ar-

ranged side by side and connected by a short band or rib B, extending between their proximate edges. Slight depressions b are formed in the tops of the beads A, from the center of which rise smaller heads a, resembling pinheads, and some of the said depressed portions are provided with apertures c.

Having described my design, What I claim as new, and desire to secure by Letters Patent, is-
