UNITED STATES PATENT OFFICE.
FRANK A. WELLS, OF NEW YORK, N. Y.
DESIGN FOR A BATH-TUB.
SPECIFICATION forming part of Design Noi 32,858, dated June 19, 1900. Application filed May 25, 1900. Serial No. 18,007. Term of patent 7 years.
The essential feature of my design consists,
in a bath-tub having its outer surface embellished by a flaring rim at its open top, a convexly-curved surface below the rim, and a flange below said surface, the general surface contour being substantially in double-ogee form, extending vertically.
In the drawings the letter A indicates the bath-tub, at the top of which is the flaring rim (L, the central conveXly-curved outer surface below the rim being denoted by the letter 1), the flange below said surface being lettered o. The outer surface is concave at d 6 between the convex surface Z2 and the rim a and flange 0. The rim a, flange c, and intermediate curved surfaces extend symmetrically around the tub, and in a vertical direction the general surface contour is substantially in double-ogee form.
What I claim is- The design for a bath-tub, substantially as herein shown and described.
