Wrapper; and I do hereby declare the following to be a fu1l, clear, and exact description of the invention, auch as will enable others skilled in the art so which it apperlains t0 make und use the Same.
This invention relates to a new and useful design for a wrapper adapted 130 receive eigars and other articles; and ehe objeet of my invention is to provide such an artic1e 0f manufacture with eertain peculiar dist-inguishing features which imparts a new and artistic eifect to the artic1e as an entirety.
