DESIGN FOR A PICTURE-HOOK.
SPECIFICATION forming part of Design N0. 33,497, dated. November 6, 1900. Application filed July 25, 1900. Serial No. 24.824. Term of patent 14 years.
To all whmn it may concern.-
l;e it known that I, JAMES P. \VILLIAMS, a, citizen of the United States of Americzt, residing at New Castle, in the county of Lawrcnce and State of Pennsylvania, have in vented and produced a certain new and original Design for a PictureIIook, of which the following is n specification, reference being had therein to the accompanying drawing.
My invention relates to a certain new and novel design for a picture-hook; and In consists in the shape and ornamentation as fully set forth in the drawing, which shows a perspective View of my new and original design. In the drawing, 1 indicates a substantially hcnrtslmped plate, which is provided with n series of apertures 2 and has an extension 3 at its upper end, this extension 3 terminating in a segment-shaped hook member4, provided at the top of its curve with an aperture 5. The outer faces of the extension 3 and of the heart-shaped plate 2ere provided with an ornementnl scrollwork 6 of fanciful pattern, the plate 1 also having scrollwork 7 appropriately placed between the apertures 2.
The extension is provided with an opening 8 at it point close to its junction with the plate 1.
\Vhnt I claim is The design fora picture-hook, substantially as shown and described.
