DESIGN FOR A FISH-HOOK.

SPECIFICATION formingpart of Design No. 33,775, dated December 25, 190

Application filed November 24, 1900. Serial No. 37,679- Term of patent 7 years.

To all whom ff may concern:

Be it known that 1, WILLIAM G. BOWER, a. itizen of the United States, residing at Birmingham, in the county ofJefferson and State of Alabama, have invented and produced a certain new and original Design for a, Fish- Ilook; and I do declare the following to ho a. full, clear, and exact description of the invention, such as will enable others skilled in the art to which it appertains to make and use the same, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, and to the letters of reference marked thereon, which forms a part of this specification.

This invention relates to a design for a fishhook; and it consists of a hook having its slntnk portion bent upon and about itself and a leaf formed at one end thereof.

The invention is hereinafter described and is illustrated in the accompanying drawing, in which I have shown a perspective View of the hook embodying the design.

Reference now being had to the drawing by letter, A designates the straight shank portion of the hook, Which terminates at one end in a hook of ordinary construction and shape. The shank portion of the hook is bent upon itself to form an eye I), and an end of the wire forming the shank portion of the hook is twisted or bent about the straight portion A and at the extreme end is formed a leaf E, which may he of any shape.

What I claim as new is- The design for a fish-hook suhsmntially as shown and described.
