DESIGN FOR A DIAL FOR COIN-CONTROLLED APPARATUS.

SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 34,205 dated March 12, 1901.

As shown in the drawing, the design cousisis of a disk having a series of stars arranged in a semicircle near the upper portion of the dial and a series of stripes radially arranged at the iower portion of the disk. A border-lino surrounds the stars and stripes, and a line separates them from the center of the dial. A rectangular panel is arranged near the lower portion of the disk, and a spread-eagle is mounted upon the panel-frame and carries a ribbon banner in its moul h. The space within the-panel and immediately above theeagle is plain and unornamented. A series of lines radiate from the outer border to ihe periphery of the disk.

The design is produced upon the dial in the national oolorsred,white,and blue-and the distinguishing feature of the design is the arran gementof stars and stripes and the spreadeagle mounted upon the panel-frame.

Having th us described my new and original design, what I claim is The design fora dial for COliLGOIIEIOllGd apparatus, substantially-as shown and described.
