UNITED STATES PATENT OFFICE.
HERBERT P. EWELL AND EDWARD A. EVERETT, OF ROCHESTER, MICHIGAN.
DESIGN FOR A MEDICINAL TABLET.
SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 34,312, dated. April 2, 1901.
Application filed March 1,1901. Serial No. 49,522. Term of patent 14 years.
To all whom, it may concern:
Be it known that we, HERBERT P. EWELL and EDWARD A. EVERETT, citizens of the United States, residing at Rochester, in the county of Oakland, State of Michigan, have invented and produced a new and original Design for a Medicinal Tablet; and we do declare the following to be a full, clear, and eX- act description of the invention, such as will enable others skilled in the art to which it appertains to make and use the same, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, and to the figures of reference marked thereon, which form a part of this specification.
This invention relates to a design for a medical tablet; and it consists in the configuration herein shown and described.
Referring to the drawings, Figure 1 is a plan view of our design for a tablet. Fig. 2 is an edge elevation thereof. Fig. 3 is a transverse section, as on line 3 3 of Fig. 1.
The main feature of the design consists of an equilateral triangular body having rounded corners and opposed convex sides terminating in a uniform edge traversing the circumference of the figure.
Referring to the characters of reference, 1 designates the rounded corners of the body, 2 the opposed convex sides, and 3 the marginal portions extending between the rounded corners and describing the equilateral triangular figure, the whole presenting a harmonious and ornate design.
Having thus fully set forth our invention, what we claim as new, and desire to secure by Letters Patent, is
The design for a medical tablet, substantially as herein shown and described.
In testimony whereof We sign this specification in the presence of two witnesses.
HERBERT P. EWELL. EDWARD A. EVERETT.
